Which Leaders Are or Were Psychopaths?

It is so hard to figure this sort of thing out because you run into politics and once you’re doing politics, everybody’s lying all the time, morality’s taking a long siesta, and empiricism is out the window.

Be careful what any lying snake politician says about anything. These people lie for a living. It’s part of the job description.

Psychopathy, Sociopathy, and Antisocial Personality Disorder are three names for more or less the same thing. Keep in mind that most dictators have psychopathic traits.
