Francis Fukuyama, a public intellectual working at a conservative stink tank, wrote a book called The End of History and the Last Man in 1992.
He was a conservative and his original political theory was bad, unfalsifiable, explained nothing, and was wholly false because this is what all rightwing politics is.
According to him, there will be an “end of history” when the Western model of neoliberalism rules the world because all the alternatives will have been snuffed out. He stated that this moment had already arrived with the fall of the USSR.
