Simplicious: Hezbollah is not a country, it’s a tiny paramilitary force living inside of a country in large part hostile to it, which means many in Lebanon quite freely give intelligence to Israel - so what can you expect?

It is completely false that Lebanon in large part opposes Hezbollah.

1/3 of the population are against them, and the people against Hezbollah really hate them. Half of the Christians hate Hezbollah, often ferociously. Maybe 2/3 of Sunnis hate Hezbollah.

Also perhaps 30% of the Druze (uncertain about this). It's possible that 10% of the Shia oppose them too. In fact, I know that some Shia oppose them.

However, all of those Shia and Druze probably hate Israel even more than Hezbollah, so I doubt if you will see many spies from those groups. It's certainly possible that a lot of Christians spy for Israel. And sadly, I'm afraid quite a few Sunnis might do so too.
